Seychelles President, Dr Patrick Herminie has extended his appreciation to the President of the Court of Appeal of the Seychelles, Justice Anthony Francis Tissa Fernando on the occasion of his retirement from the Judiciary, recognising his more than four decades of service to the legal profession and the people of the Seychelles Republic.
