2024 SL schools rugby calendar released

The Sri Lanka Schools Rugby Football Association (SLSRFA) released its annual calendar for 2024 recently. 

SLSRFA Secretary Nirodha Wijerama said the match schedules are subject to change in accordance with the circulars and exam schedules issued by the Ministry of Education. 

A main feature this season is the inclusion of eight teams per group in the most anticipated league segment, where a total of 16 teams will vie for the championship. Like in previous years, a super round will take place after the conclusion of seven weeks of action-packed rugby. The top four teams will battle it out for the cup championship.
