The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the “Sri Lankan Day” event, scheduled from 12 to 14 December, 2025, at Colombo Town Hall grounds, Vihara Maha Devi Park, and nearby roads.

The festival will showcase cultural performances, food fairs, and exhibitions representing all religions and ethnicities, aiming to promote national reconciliation and community harmony, Cabinet Spokesman Nalinda Jayatissa stated.
