The official website of Sri Lanka Railways was targeted in a cyberattack today (14), railway authorities confirmed.

According to officials, the attack affected only the train timetable system on the website. As a precaution, the relevant section has been temporarily disabled while technical teams carry out repairs and restore normal operations.

Authorities have not reported any impact on railway operations, and further investigations into the incident are underway.
