Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) selectors have added leg-spinner Vijayakanth Viyaskanth to the National Men’s Squad for the T20 International (T20I) Tri-Series in Pakistan.

Viyaskanth is travelling directly from Qatar, where he was representing the Sri Lanka ‘A’ Team in the ‘Asia Cup Rising Stars’ Tournament.

The spinner has been drafted into the squad as Wanindu Hasaranga has not fully recovered from the hamstring tightness he sustained during the preceding One-Day International (ODI) series.
