Parliament will meet from 18 to 21 August, with several bills, regulations and motions scheduled for debate, Secretary General of Parliament Kushani Rohanadeera stated.
On 18 August, MPs will debate regulations under the Imports and Exports (Control) Act. The National Photographic Art Society of Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Bill will also be referred to the Legislative Standing Committee after its Second Reading.
The Employment of Women, Young Persons and Children (Amendment) Bill is scheduled for Second Reading on 20 August, while a Government-moved Adjournment Motion will be debated on 21 August.
