The government will pay Rs. 23.87 billion to settle outstanding medical supply payments from 2018 to 2023 to the State Pharmaceutical Corporation.

The remaining unsettled amount from 2008 to 2017 is still being calculated.

Payments will be made on an instalment basis this year, following directions from the President and approval by the Ministry of Health and Mass Media.
