The Office of the Commissioner General of Essential Services has launched a dedicated hotline, 1904, for the public to report disruptions to essential services.
The number will handle complaints on electricity, fuel distribution, hospitals, public transport, water supply, food and other essential commodities, telecommunications, irrigation and services listed under Gazette Extraordinary No. 2464/29.
All calls will be directed to the CGES Operations Centre for verification and referral to relevant response teams.
The office urged the public to provide accurate information and to use the hotline responsibly to ensure swift action.
