The National Election Commission has announced that strict action will be taken against those who use the national flag as propaganda during presidential campaigns.

The commission stated that a circular has been issued in this regard.

Additionally, the National Election Commission emphasized that the use of religious symbols for the purpose of campaigning is prohibited.
