Carnage has entered into a partnership with the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka (NOC) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at supporting athlete development and strengthening Sri Lanka’s presence in international sport.
Under the agreement, Carnage will serve as the Official Activewear Partner to the NOC, providing high-performance apparel for national athletes and supporting development pathways for emerging talent progressing towards international competition.
The collaboration will support athletes at elite levels as well as those at the early stages of their sporting careers. Working with NOC development programmes, Carnage will assist in identifying young athletes and provide professional resources and visibility as they prepare to represent the country.
The partnership also aims to address the limited access many athletes face to professional support systems during their formative years by supporting a structured development pathway aligned with international sporting calendars.
Carnage Founder Joel Tillekeratne said: “This partnership is about supporting Sri Lankan athletes long before they reach the podium. We want to be part of their journey from the early stages, giving them access to performance-driven apparel and the confidence that a Sri Lankan brand believes in their potential. As our athletes step onto global platforms, we want them to feel prepared, supported, and proud to represent the country.”
Following the MoU signing, the partnership will move into the design and development phase of official athlete kits. This process will include collaboration with athletes and NOC representatives, performance testing and material refinement before final production and rollout.
Initial steps will include the design and production of competition and training kits, testing and refinement of apparel, and the unveiling of official kits ahead of international competitions.
The first phase of the programme will align with preparations for international events, including the Youth Olympic Games and the Asian Games, with athletes set to receive competition kits, training wear, travel apparel and presentation outfits designed to meet international performance standards.
Founded in Sri Lanka, Carnage said investment in local athletes forms part of its long-term strategy as it expands its presence in international markets.
As part of the partnership, Carnage will gain visibility as the official activewear partner across athlete kits, training apparel, media engagements and digital platforms. The collaboration will also include co-branded merchandise, athlete-focused campaigns and limited-edition collections linked to major international events.
The partnership is intended to operate as a structured programme aligned with athlete development initiatives and international sporting cycles.
