Three-wheeler hire charges and school transport service fees will remain unchanged despite the latest fuel price reduction, according to the relevant associations.

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) reduced the price of Octane 92 petrol by Rs. 20 and Auto Diesel by Rs. 25 from midnight on 29 June.

The All Ceylon School Children Transport Association said rising vehicle spare parts, tyre and maintenance costs prevent a reduction in transport fares at present.
