The third Randoli Perahera of the Kandy Esala Perahera will take to the streets of Kandy today (25), with special security and traffic arrangements in place.

Police have deployed additional personnel, roadblocks, vehicle and pedestrian checks, and designated parking areas.

Motorists have been advised to follow the designated alternative routes during the Perahera to ensure smooth traffic movement.
