The Court of Appeal has dismissed a revision petition filed by Yoshitha Rajapaksa, seeking to remove the “conspiracy” charge in a money laundering case filed by the Attorney General.

The ruling was delivered by Justices Amal Ranaraja and Dr. Sumudu Premachandra, the Court of Appeal stated.
