A consignment of narcotics, including 99.478kg of heroin, is scheduled to be destroyed today (25) at an incinerator facility in Lactowatta, Wanathawilluwa, Puttalam.

The heroin is linked to cases concluded by the Marawila Magistrate’s Court. Other narcotics ordered for destruction by courts across the country are also included in the consignment.
