The Sri Lanka Railway Station Masters’ Union has warned of trade union action over several unresolved demands.

The union stated that delays in submitting revised recruitment procedures and interim regulations prompted the decision.

It noted that the President and relevant authorities were informed in writing on January 9.

The union stated that trade union action will begin after January 23 if issues remain unresolved.
