The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) stated that 749 workers have currently departed for home-based caregiver jobs in Israel.

The SLBFE handed over the necessary documents such as visa and air tickets to the 131st batch of Sri Lankans to work as caregivers in Israel. 

The group - which consists of 21 young men and women - is set to leave for Israel today (9).
