The Department of Meteorology has issued an Amber-level warm weather advisory for the North Central and Eastern provinces and several districts tomorrow (14).

The heat index is expected to reach the ‘Caution’ level in some areas during the daytime.

The public has been advised to stay hydrated, limit strenuous outdoor activity and take regular breaks in shaded areas.
