The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has requested Interpol to issue a ‘Blue Notice’ in connection with former Minister Basil Rajapaksa, Sri Lanka Police stated.

The request relates to three allegations, including an investigation into the alleged misuse of funds belonging to the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau.
