President Ranil Wickremesinghe officially opened ‘The Mall,’ a newly constructed duty-free shopping complex in Port City Colombo yesterday (5).

According to the President’s Media Division (PMD), this marks the debut of the first urban duty-free shopping mall in the region, featuring a range of stores, restaurants, and various retail outlets. 

This positions Port City Colombo as premier shopping destination in Sri Lanka, with many notable international retailers operating in ‘The Mall’.
