Draft amendments to the Financial Transactions Reporting Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act, and Convention on the Suppression of Terrorist Financing Act have been submitted to Parliament for concurrence.

The drafts have received clearance from the Attorney General and were published in the government gazette following approval by the President and the Ministry of Finance, Policy Planning and Economic Development.
