A delegation from the Indian National Defence College (NDC), headed by Ms Anvita Sinha, Joint Secretary and Senior Directing Staff (Civil Services), Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS), visited Sri Lanka Army Headquarters on 31 August 2026 as part of their Strategic Neighbourhood Study Tour (SNST).
