The Disaster Management Centre (DMC) reports that 61 people have died and 25 remain missing as adverse weather continues across Sri Lanka.
Since 16 November, the conditions have affected 43,991 individuals from 12,313 families.
Four houses have been fully destroyed and 666 partially damaged.
The Meteorological Department warns of very heavy rainfall exceeding 200 mm in several provinces, with 150 mm expected in parts of Trincomalee, Badulla, Galle and Matara. Strong winds of 60–70 kmph, gusting up to 80–90 kmph, are also forecast across the island.
