The Colombo High Court has sentenced a drug trafficker to life imprisonment over possession and trafficking of heroin.

The judgment was delivered by High Court Judge Navarathna Marasinghe in a case involving the seizure of 83.7 grams of heroin in Boralesgamuwa.

The court ruled that the charges filed by the Attorney General were proven beyond reasonable doubt.
