A shipment of 30,000 metric tons of furnace oil has arrived in Sri Lanka for electricity generation.

Managing Director of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Mayura Neththikumara stated that the vessel reached the country yesterday (12).

The transfer of fuel to the Kolonnawa Petroleum Storage Terminal has already commenced.
