Former Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa (MR) has become a frequent visitor to the Port City in Colombo.

MR, it is learnt, visits the Colombo Port City frequently for morning walks. Apart from his security personnel, MR is most often joined by some of his friends, who include former Minister A.H.M. Fowzie’s son, Nauser.

MR’s eldest son, MP Namal Rajapaksa, is also a frequent visitor to the Colombo Port City to engage in sports activities including football.

Namal last year started to engage in a sport named Tabata and many of his friends in Parliament and their spouses have also joined him in the workouts. Among the parliamentarians who have joined Namal in this workout are D.V. Chanaka, Indika Anuruddha, and Sanath Nishantha.
