The bodies of seven prison officers killed during the clash at Negombo Prison were brought to Welikada Prison today (08) for final tributes.

Following the funeral honours, the remains will be handed over to their families.

The prison clash claimed 27 lives and left more than 100 people injured, according to prison authorities.
