The Court of Appeal has issued a warrant for the arrest of Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thero and ordered that he be produced before court.

The warrant is to be executed through the Inspector General of Police.

The Court of Appeal further ordered that Gnanasara Thero be produced before court on 1 October.
