Sri Lankans who have travelled to Lebanon for employment without registering with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) have been granted an amnesty until 8 January 2025.

Accordingly, this initiative allows unregistered migrant workers to rectify their status by registering at the Sri Lankan Embassy in Lebanon.
