LOLC Life Assurance Ltd has officially announced the appointment of its Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jayantha Kalinga, as the company’s Principal Officer, made pursuant to formal approval from the Insurance Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (IRCSL).

Kalinga hails from a background in sales management, distribution network expansion, business development and strategic direction to his expanded portfolio. Throughout his career across leading insurance institutions in Sri Lanka, he has established a proven track record of driving sustained business performance, cultivating high-performing teams, and building customer-centric insurance propositions.

Kalinga holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northampton, UK, alongside a solid academic foundation in Business Management.
