The private bus strike on the Horana–Colombo ‘120 route’ has entered its third day.

The strike began on 2 February over a permit issued to a new Horana–Pettah service via Kahathuduwa Interchange.

Talks on 3 February with the Road Passenger Transport Authority ended without agreement, the Authority noted.

The SLTB stated additional buses have been deployed today(04) to serve passengers on the route.
