President Anura Kumara Dissanayake visited a group of plantation workers this morning (11) along the Nanu Oya–Radella road and engaged in a heartfelt discussion with them.

The workers warmly welcomed the President, expressing their gratitude for the recent wage increases. 

They highlighted that President Dissanayake is the only leader to have personally visited their community to understand and address their issues, in addition to being the one responsible for the wage hike.
