State Minister for Technology, Kanaka Herath, announced the upcoming DIGIECON Global Investment Summit 2024, aimed at bolstering Sri Lanka's IT sector and economy. 

Set to coincide with the DIGIECON-2023 project on 25 June 25 in Colombo, the summit seeks to attract foreign investments and promote the country's digital economy. 

With a focus on showcasing Sri Lanka's talent and expertise in IT, the summit aims to provide growth opportunities for the local IT community while positioning the nation as an attractive destination for global investment.
