Police have urged the public to maintain discipline and avoid disruptive behaviour during the internationally acclaimed “Ehipassiko – Walk for Peace.”

Authorities warned against pushing, unnecessary photography, and attempts to approach participants, noting such actions could hinder the procession.

The march, led by Venerable Pannakara Thero, is set to conclude at Independence Square in Colombo on 28 April.
