Sri Lanka’s recruitment sector marked a significant milestone with the official launch of HotJobs, described as the country’s first AI-driven recruitment platform, at the Cumulus Ballroom, Cinnamon Life.
Positioned as a smarter and more responsive hiring solution, HotJobs has been developed to transform the way employers and job seekers connect in an increasingly competitive and fast-changing labour market. The platform aims to streamline recruitment by combining technology with practical hiring insight, enabling organisations to identify suitable talent more effectively while giving candidates faster access to opportunities.
HotJobs is the first product introduced under Careers360 Sri Lanka, a new HR-focused venture formed through a collaboration between InTalent Asia and InspireX. The partnership brings together recruitment and workforce expertise with technology and digital innovation, with the broader objective of strengthening Sri Lanka’s HR ecosystem.
Speaking at the launch HotJobs and InTalent Asia CEO Heshani Kaumadi, said the platform was designed in response to the changing nature of recruitment and the increasing demand for intelligent hiring tools.
“HotJobs was created with a clear vision to improve the way employers and candidates connect. As hiring continues to evolve, we believe there is a strong need for smarter and more responsive platforms that combine technology with real recruitment insight. HotJobs is an important first step in building that future,” she said.
The event drew the participation of industry leaders, CXOs, and HR professionals, underscoring the growing focus on innovation in recruitment and workforce planning. Proceedings included the formal unveiling of the platform followed by a panel discussion on the future of recruitment, talent, and workforce innovation in Sri Lanka.
The launch marks the beginning of a wider roadmap for Careers360 Sri Lanka, which intends to introduce further products and solutions to address the emerging needs of employers, candidates, and the broader employment sector.
