The Bribery Commission told the Colombo Magistrate’s Court that indictments will be filed against former Fisheries Minister Rajitha Senaratne and two others over a Rs. 26 million loss from awarding a sand mining project at Kirinda Fishery Harbour to a Korean firm.

The case will be taken up again on January 30.
