The Western Province Governor’s Office is set to introduce a quick response special operations unit at the office premises from 2 December.
The special unit, ‘Tell the Governor Hotline’, is introduced to further improve services offered to the public.
Accordingly, the public can express their grievances, views and suggestions related to policies, while discrepancies can be informed to the Governor after which the necessary measures will be taken by the Governor’s Office.
