Sri Lanka has climbed to 91st place in the 2025 Henley Passport Index, improving from its previous ranking of 96th in 2024.

Sri Lankan passport holders can now travel visa-free to 42 countries, sharing the 91st position with Iran and Sudan.

Accordingly, Singapore holds the top spot, offering visa-free access to 193 destinations, while Afghanistan ranks last with the least global mobility.
