Sri Lanka Police have launched the "Sri Lanka Police Community Feedback Portal", a QR code-based digital platform that allows the public to submit complaints, compliments, suggestions and feedback on services provided at police stations.

The portal can be accessed by scanning QR codes displayed at police stations or through the Police website's E-Services section.

Police said the initiative aims to enhance transparency, accountability and service delivery through data-driven public feedback.
