The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) will exclusively manage foreign employment opportunities in South Korea under the newly introduced E-8 visa category, according to SLBFE Chairman Kosala Wickramasinghe.

He emphasised that only qualified individuals with agricultural knowledge will be selected for these jobs, and no other individual or foreign employment agency is authorized to offer such opportunities.

Wickramasinghe urged the public not to give money to intermediaries or unauthorized agencies, stressing that the program will be managed by the SLBFE with minimal fees to avoid malpractice and excessive charges.
