SriLankan Airlines’ newly acquired Airbus A330-200 is set to arrive in Sri Lanka tomorrow (4), marking a major boost to the national carrier’s fleet.

The aircraft, arriving from Paris, will perform a dramatic low-altitude flyover at around 1,500 feet along Colombo’s shoreline from the southern port city to Moratuwa between 8:00 a.m and 9:00 a.m.

It will then proceed to the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake, where it will conduct another flyover before landing.

The addition of the Airbus A330-200 is expected to support both long-haul and short-haul operations, enhancing SriLankan Airlines’ connectivity to global destinations.
