The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced a series of 24-hour water cuts affecting several regions, as part of ongoing efforts to manage water shortages.  

Residents of Padukka will experience a water cut starting at 8:00 p.m. today ( 2). 

Additionally, water supply will be suspended for 24 hours in Homagama beginning at 8:00 p.m tomorrow (3). 

Residents of Pelanwatta will face a similar 24-hour water cut starting at 8:00 p.m. on 4 April. 

Authorities advise residents to take necessary precautions and apologize for the inconvenience caused by these measures.
