The Cabinet has approved extending the rental allowance for homeowners affected by Cyclone Ditwah who lost their homes due to landslides and floods.

The allowance, provided for temporary accommodation while rebuilding homes, has been extended from six months to nine months.

The decision aims to continue support for displaced families during the reconstruction period.
