Sri Lanka’s second Metro Bus Depot commenced operations in Kadawatha today(07) under the Lanka Metro Transit (Private) Company.

The Ministry of Transport stated the depot is part of plans to expand Metro Bus services across the Western Province.

The ministry noted that 104 new Metro buses have been added to the fleet in recent months.
