The Government of New Zealand will provide NZ$ 1 million to support humanitarian relief in Sri Lanka following Cyclone Ditwah.

The High Commission in Colombo extended condolences to those affected by the floods and landslides, which have claimed over 300 lives. 

New Zealand’s aid will be delivered through an international humanitarian partner to assist ongoing rescue and relief efforts.
