The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further, with the US Dollar exceeding Rs. 317, according to Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) data.

The CBSL stated the buying rate at Rs. 314.03 and the selling rate at Rs. 321.87.

The indicative USD/LKR spot rate has been recorded at Rs. 317.17.

The Central Bank noted the updated exchange rates in its daily release.
