The Consumer Affairs Authority has announced that its festive season raid programme will continue until 30 April.

Nearly 2,000 raids have been conducted since 20 March over consumer-related issues.

CAA Director Asela Bandara stated that inspections target failure to display prices, overpricing, and unfair treatment of consumers.

The public has been urged to report complaints via the CAA hotline 1977 during office hours.
