With over 300,000 drug addicts in the country, Sri Lanka will set up new rehabilitation centres in Peradeniya, Kurunegala, Matara, Batticaloa, and Jaffna. 

Rs. 450 million has been allocated for rehab and prevention under government and Clean Sri Lanka initiatives.
