Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP Namal Rajapaksa met with Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in Bangalore yesterday (28). 

In a post on ‘X’, Rajapaksa called it an honor to engage with one of India’s most senior and respected leaders. 

The discussions centered on strengthening bilateral relations between India and Sri Lanka, Karnataka’s development and social welfare programs, and exchanges on technology and IT. 

Rajapaksa highlighted that Karnataka’s success as a leading IT hub could serve as a model to help Sri Lanka advance its own technological and economic growth.
