The Ministry of Digital Economy announced that all services at the Department for Registration of Persons (ID Office) are temporarily suspended today (17), following an unexpected computer system failure. 

The disruption affects services at the head office and provincial offices. 

Efforts are underway to restore the system, and services are expected to resume soon.
