The National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) has issued landslide early warnings for multiple districts due to heavy rainfall.

Level 3 (Red) evacuation warnings are in place for several areas in Kegalle and Ratnapura districts, including Deraniyagala, Dehiowita, Kuruwita and Ratnapura.

Level 2 (Amber) alerts have been issued for parts of Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Kegalle and Ratnapura districts.

Level 1 (Yellow) warnings are in effect for selected areas in Gampaha, Kalutara, Kegalle and Nuwara Eliya districts.

Residents in affected areas have been advised to remain alert and follow official instructions.
